We rent an appartement with one bedroom, a living room with kitchen and bathroom, in an old renovated farm in a charming small village overlooking the Lac de Bourget. It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, cayak, canoeing, bicycle riding. The next ski resorts are about a one hour drive

31 m² tastefully decorated apartment on the 5th floor with elevator, not overlooked. Rated 3 stars by Gîtes de France Large 10 m² balcony overlooking the Granier. Perfectly furnished for 2 people. Located 5 minutes from the city center. Small supermarket at the foot of the building as well as a butcher, laundry, pharmacy, hairdresser, etc. Self-check-in and check-out Fiber Air-Conditioning Private outdoor parking space (parking closed by a barrier to be opened with a badge)

Family home remodeled in 2017. With friends and family, you can simply enjoy the landscape, outdoor life, a practical and elegant interior, 4 bedrooms. Beautiful terrace, barbecue, pool, you almost don't need to go out...but there are so many sports, cultural and gastronomic activities outside... Beware of the many pools, swimming pool, sloping grounds, steep stairs, which put a lot of obstacles for small children or people with reduced mobility.

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.
