Beautiful, well-kept PSU getaway w/ deck

*We can not accept day of booking requests. *Discount available for booking 3 nights. Enjoy classy seasonal decorations throughout our ranch house. We have hard wood floors and a spacious finished basement. House is located about 20 minutes from State College and 5 minutes from Penn’s Cave Wildlife Park. The house is right off the main road, but the new windows block most of the traffic noise. A few houses and lots of farm land surround the area. Guests will have the house to themselves.

Established in 1857, the Colyer Mercantile is an absolute gem. The house was originally built by William Colyer and it's in his honor that Colyer Lake was named. The 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house has been completely renovated from the inside out. The historic charm of the house has not been lost, but instead, it has become it's most prized highlight. This is a private studio with it's own private entrance and space for your convenience. Walk to downtown centre hall and grab a slice from the delicious Brother's Pizza.
