Our loving apartment for 2-4 people is in a quiet residential area, right on the edge of the forest. The 3-room apartment includes a balcony, as well as a parking space. Bicycles can be adjusted. Despite the quiet location in the southern heath, our location offers a comfortable starting point for sports and leisure activities. Culture and history enthusiasts will find plenty of excursion opportunities in the area. And of course, nature lovers will get their money's worth with us in the heath.

Your oasis in the middle of Hanover

You are within walking distance of the main train station, the gateway to the city. Almost at the doorstep is the popular Lister Meile with its nice cafes, restaurants and shops. At the end of Lister Meile you will reach the largest urban forest in Europe, the Eilenriede. The apartment is quiet, bright, spacious and has two TVs. Wi-Fi can also be used on the balcony. Of course, sleeping comfort is especially important. That's why we value good mattresses and also offer neck pillows.

Attic apartment completed in August 2021 with a quiet location in the center of the village. The living area is open plan and offers a view into the gable. The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, which is right on the edge of the forest. Beautiful hiking trails and the beautiful Aller cycle path lead past the house. Canoe rental and riding club in the village. A pasture with shelter for horses can be provided for €20 per night. Dogs on request. We have dogs here ourselves. Self-catering in the equipped kitchen. In my beautiful newly renovated artist's studio you can relax, live, be creative, work or unwind. My studio is located directly on the quiet and green Bonifatiusplatz and is just a stone's throw from the Lister Meile with its nice little shops and cafes. There are two cozy rooms (a bedroom/living room and the studio room with a large desk), a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new renovated bathroom.

Large "little house"

The property is located separately in the “Little House,” a complete, detached house just for you, with its own parking space. During your stay, you're the only users. There is a large double bed, a table for breakfast or the writing stuff, and you can put your belongings in a wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a coffee machine and a double hot plate.
