Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. The apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator and enjoys a beautiful view that can be admired from the large terrace. It is a short walk from the Lavagello water park, a 5-minute drive from the Villa Carolina golf club and 20 km from the Serravalle Scrivia Outlet. The village, which is located in Alto Monferrato, is surrounded by nature and is ideal for quiet walks in the countryside.

Located in Sezzadio, it is a few kilometers from the spa town of Acqui Terme, Alessandria and Novi Ligure. La Casetta is completely renovated, with new furnishings, equipment and amenities. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, a living room with sofa bed that can accommodate two people and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. Equipped with every comfort, it will welcome you during your stay.

My place is good for couples, sole adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) and furry friends (pets).

An apartment in a newly renovated 17th century house with views of the castle of Serralunga d'Alba and the surrounding vineyards, which you can enjoy from any room or from the small balcony that belongs to the apartment. Suitable for a romantic stay (no other guests in the neighborhood), wine tasting trip (famous Barolo vineyards and wineries are all around) or a family stay, making use of the fully equipped kitchen.
