It’s a 25-minute drive to downtown Madrid, 30 minutes to the Monastery of El Escorial, and one hour to the historic cities of Toledo and Segovia. Public transportation is convenient, with the Las Matas train station nearby. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away, will get you to downtown Madrid in about 30 minutes.

Más de mil metros cuadrados de jardín, en el corazón de la Colonia de Prensa, una zona tranquila y residencial de Carabanchel. Acceso a lineas de metro 5 (Eugenia de Montijo) y linea 12 (San Francisco), autobuses que te llevan directo al centro (#34 y #35). A pocos pasos de bares, restaurantes, mercados, farmacias.

This room is on the ground floor the coolest part of the house but has an electric fan. A desk and chair are provided for studying when there is only 1 guest or 2. The Book Room in a large luxury villa near Madrid

Our house and home where we live too is a spectacular large villa with a huge garden. This room is perfect for a solo traveler or 2 guests wanting to be near but not too far from the city. Biggest attractions are the private pool, the bbq and private parking. The area is affluent in a very quiet and leafy neighbourhood. The “Book Room” is literally an ensuite medium sized bedroom with 2 single 90cmx190 beds with bookcases everywhere in sight. The décor is very classical but cosy.

A medium-sized room features two twin beds adorned with floral bedding against bright green walls. Natural light filters through the large glass door, leading to a small terrace. A white dresser and nightstands provide functional decor, while a light-colored rug adds warmth to the wooden floor.

Twin room in a luxury house near Madrid + balcony

My place is close to Universidad Europea de Madrid Ciudad Financiera Banco Santander. We live in a safe and leafy gated community (urbanización) called El Bosque in between Villavicios de Odón and Boadilla del Monte. You’ll love my place because of the house and garden. The room is medium sized and beautiful with a balcony and private bathroom. It has been recently refurbished. This room does not have a lock. We have one dog, Pippa, a miniature dachsund who is rather shy.

A private pool glistens under the bright sun, surrounded by a well-maintained garden. The villa's brick exterior and shaded patio furniture provide a comfortable space for relaxation. An umbrella offers shade over the outdoor dining area, enhancing the inviting atmosphere of the home's outdoor space.

Villa Sierra Madrid (7 bedroom villa with pool)

In the mountains 30km from Madrid we rent out our villa with more than 400 m2 of living space and a garden with pool. That garden is 4000 m2 and has more than 100 trees. From the house and outside terrace you have a fantastic view and at the pool there is lounge area. The pool is 13m long en 6m wide. The villa has been recently fully renovated and everything is new. The climate is nice, warm and dry.
