Welcome to legendary traffic famous in LA : D San Pedro is on both a local and a city-wide bus line, but public transportation can be difficult and time-consuming. Uber and Lyft are widely available, but if you want to make the most of your time here, a rental car is ideal. This space comfortably fits 3 people, if you are happy to use the Milliard memory foam tri-fold mattress. If needing to do washing, a coin laundromat is .3 miles away from our home. Kitchen Appliances: Stove, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, French Press, Nespresso, Aeroccino Milk Frother, NutriBullet and Soma filtered water jug. Amenities… Hairdryer, wifi, flat screen, TV with Netflix and Directv Now, full length mirror Guest will have full access to the studio apartment, yard, porch and fireplace. I like to meet guests upon arrival to give access and a tour of the property, but sometimes this is not possible. My husband and I live in the main house and are available to offer any advice on local attractions. The den sits behind the main house In Altadena, a short drive from good coffee shops and restaurants. It's accessible enough to explore the many eclectic neighborhoods of LA. There are numerous neighborhood trails that are great for walking. Although public transportation is available, the closest bus and Gold Line stop are about 1-mile away. We highly recommend having a vehicle to drive, but if in doubt, Uber! There is a designated parking spot on our property for you, and there is plenty of street parking (no restrictions, no tickets)!

This 1941 beach bungalow sits just 1 block away from the beach and shops/dining on the famous Pier Avenue. There are French doors that lead to a deck with beautiful trees that provide plenty of shade, a BBQ, and plenty of outdoor seating. There is also an outdoor shower and 3 parking spots! Property is walking distance to supermarkets, shopping, restaurants, clubs, and the Hermosa Beach pier. There is also access to water sports rentals across the street where you can rent boogie boards, surf boards, and bikes. This is the perfect place to spend your vacation! Guests can access the entire house and parking area. Will provide a cell phone number and we can be on site within an hour The house is in downtown Hermosa Beach, next to the Beach House Hotel. It's about a block and a half to Pier Avenue, where there are 20 restaurants as well as nightlife, shopping, bike rentals, and the Comedy and Magic Club. The property has amazing parking with room for 3 average to big cars or 4 small ones. There is an additional parking garage about one minute from the location on Hermosa Avenue and 13th street. The bus runs on Hermosa Avenue and you can link up to your favorite form of public transport. An Uber or Lyft is almost never more than 3 minutes away.
