Tons of restaurants & attractions: Velo Sport Ctr., SoFi Stadium, Crypto Arena, Disneyland, & etc. In this property, you may find other residences. It has a sparkling clean bathroom and a kitchenette(no stove). The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, and single brew coffee dispenser. The space is for a single guest and furnished with a high quality twin size bed , a full size table, and a full size chest drawers.

A well-manicured lawn is visible in front of a modern one-story building. Two large windows are framed by light-colored siding, while decorative rocks and shrubs provide subtle landscaping. A black bench offers a seating option along a clean pathway leading to the entrance.

There is no Wifi. It is within 5 mins walking distance to Dignity Health Sports Center and Cal State Dominguez Hills. The South Pavilion mail is 2 miles away. We live within the same property so were here to help if you need any assistance.
