Nice vaulted studio of 20m2, with small sunny terrace. At the foot of the Château tower and next to the garden with panoramic views of the Mercantour. Sea view from the terraces of the Village. Access on foot, cobblestone streets and stairs, large parking. 3 restaurants; gastro, creperie, pizzeria, and just at the entrance to the village a supermarket and tourist office. Ranked 12th century village, perched on its rocky peak dominates the Var. 10 km as the crow flies between sea and mountain). Have a great discovery.

The absolute calm in a charming Provençal village between hills and seaside and not far from the high mountain. You can choose between the idle and active holiday ( hiking, climbing, and many other activities). For art lovers the Matisse Chapel is nearby as well as the Maeght Foundation in Saint Paul de Vence. The visit of the house of Auguste Renoir in Cagnes is interesting. Antibes and Nice are beautiful destinations to admire prestigious works such as those of Picasso, Matisse and Chagall.

Close to the beach, chic area, VERY VERY small 9 m2 (96 sqft) studio in a beautiful Art-Deco building WITH elevator (top floor on foot). Nice view of a wooded courtyard, bright, sunny, very quiet. AIR CONDITIONING. Bathroom OUTSIDE right next door. Kitchen and shower in the same room. Real single bed, excellent comfort. A clean apartment at a very low price, ideal location, simple services for easy-going people. Princes and princesses: this path is not for you.
