Nice vaulted studio of 20m2, with small sunny terrace. At the foot of the Château tower and next to the garden with panoramic views of the Mercantour. Sea view from the terraces of the Village. Access on foot, cobblestone streets and stairs, large parking. 3 restaurants; gastro, creperie, pizzeria, and just at the entrance to the village a supermarket and tourist office.
