Shared kitchen, dining room with 5 other guests maximum (3rd floor apartment has 2 guests) 2 and 1/2 blocks away from bus stop, 30 minutes $3.50 will bring you to center of NYC: Time Square. This is a quaint private room in Queens Astoria. The common spaces are small & shared. This is a safe affordable space for tourists & is meant simply to drop off your things, explore the city and lay your head at night. It is not meant for hanging out, partiers or locals. *The apartment is located 10 minutes from the subway and 1 block from the bus. Bodegas, laundry, liquor stores, restaurants and bars are close by. Perhaps the best part about this home is the proximity to Astoria Park.

Designer's apartment located on a quiet tree lined block of the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Just four flights up brings you to a private, separate entrance leading to your stay with a queen bed, 55" flat screen smart TV with all streaming channels, fast wi-fi that is tested for 338 download speed, writing desk and seating area with couch. For one guest host stays in the other side of the unit, two guests, you will have the entire rental.

Kingsize bedroom in Harlem brownstone

Second floor large bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. House is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. King size bed and the room has a large closet to hang things in. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance and also not for Saturday nights.
