On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Bay block home w heated saltwater POOL NOW OPEN!

Brand new heated salt water pool was just completed April 2022. Our home is close to family-friendly activities, restaurants, & Bay block. My place is good for families and big groups. Walking distance to Harpoon’s and one block walk from AMAZING sunset views!! Close to wineries, breweries & distilleries. We are also Dog friendly and have a dog friendly beach block. (200/per dog non-refundable, fee is not included with booking). Pick up after dog or there will be additional fees.

Bungalow by the Bay (Clean & Pet Friendly)

Charming beach bungalow located 2 blocks from the Delaware Bay. The house comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 1 king and 1 queen bed and 6 twin beds. Our location offers the convenience of the Bay with easy access by car to beaches along the Atlantic Ocean and historic beach communities like Cape May, Higby Beach and Reed's Beach. Located near Cox Hall Nature Preserve, Cape May Zoo, Lewes Ferry, multiple breweries, vineyards and distilleries, and many other seashore attractions.
