The cabin has a comfortable double bed, smart TV, Wardrobe, breakfast bar/laptop work station, several USB points, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sink/drainer with hot & cold water A chemical toilet is provided in the cabin for night use. There’s a private toilet & a wonderful hot shower both outside (as per photos) for guest’s use. The front decked veranda adjoins an outdoor kitchen with 2 ring gas hob & brick built BBQ overlooking a large garden that has a lovely view of the sea/sunset.

Annex at the bottom of our garden with its own patio area with views of the pool and garden. Nice quiet area with fields and woodland walks nearby Keys left in door - guests can let themselves in, we are generally around if you have questions There is BBQ area and a heated pool (shared with hosts) for stays of 2 days or more. Please note pool heating is not turned on until about mid-end of May and turned off in September. 5 min to Herne Bay. 15 min to Whitstable 20 min to Canterbury

The property benefits from being set back on a rural lane away from any city noise, but still close enough to enjoy days out, shopping and the fantastic nightlife Canterbury has to offer. Enjoy picturesque walks following the North Downs Way which passes directly outside or take in a show at Canterbury's Marlowe theatre. Close to the university and free parking directly outside.

It is separate from the main family home which offers a cosy/secluded space with an open-plan kitchen and living area. It is a relaxing place to spend many an hour watching the wildlife and enjoying the sights and sounds of Kent We have installed for your enjoyment day & night vision cameras so you can watch the birds and ducks by day and badgers and foxes at night.
