We are in the country next to a blacktop road.This is a very laidback place , there are farm animals across the road at our farm. This was my moms farm house and I just want people to enjoy it as much as she did. We are close to Kincaid Lake, the local winerie, the World Shooting Complex, and hiking trails (Piney Creek Revenue). Come and enjoy a day fishing or just sitting on the back deck enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Later build a fire and sit back and relax. Come and enjoy the country.

The roost

Very spacious country home. Only miles away from the grand shooting complex, right next to pyramid state park, close to the towns of Pinckneyville, Du Quion, Sparta, Nashville, Mt Veron, Carbondale, and Marion. Super close to great fishing and hunting of all kinds. Great restaurants within a few minutes. Rend lake , Kincaid, crab orchard, lake of Egypt, all beautiful lakes less then 30 minutes away. Many biking and walking trails only minutes away. Many fairs, tractor shows , car shows close by

After a day on the lake come back to the house and enjoy some relaxing time either in the house or under the shade trees in the yard. The family room furniture is set up for a family gathering or watching TV. The bedrooms all have new mattresses and different types of pillows to choose from.
