It is situated on the creative grounds of Standard Deluxe -- an iconic Southern print shop and music venue that presents the Old 280 Boogie and other music performances and events throughout the year. It’s only a 15-minute drive into downtown Auburn and downtown Opelika, so stay here for easy access to an event at Auburn University or for a relaxing getaway.

This unique cottage is a great getaway with ample parking for cars and boats. It is located 3 miles up the road from Paces Point boat ramp. New Waters church is 1-1/2 miles away. 30 minutes from Auburn and located centrally for all activities on the lake. 2 huge bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Two “locals choice” restaurants are within 2 miles and many more around this area of the lake. Our kitchen is a small efficiency WITHOUT a dishwasher but has all the pots, pans and things needed.

Located in Manoy Creek on Lake Martin, it is less than 250 steps to the water through a wooded trail and offers lake access in the summer and creek access in the winter with a shared dock area. Relax on the covered porch & fire pit or fish on the banks of the creek or enjoy a day of adventure on a kayak or boat which can be kept at the shared dock. (Shared with other tiny cabin)
