The Studio | Hidden Gully Unit

Nestled within the Queenwood gully this is a private downstairs unit situated below our family home. The spacious studio has a unique charm with its contemporary art deco interior design and bold furnishings. The large, north facing sunny bedroom with a sliding door over looks the swimming pool and out towards the expansive tropical gardens and native gully. *Note that a trundler bed can be brought in & is located in the main living space which is subject to noise from little feet above.

Guests enjoy the whole property which includes outdoor areas accessed through French doors to beautifully landscaped gardens. Nestled in our native bush gully and overlooking the spring-fed ponds, this is the perfect space to relax. Large queen bedroom, kitchenette, dining area and lounge with double sofa bed, plus portable single folding bed. Sheltered balcony with barbeque overlooking the garden and lakes. Lots of parking and secure storage available.
