The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Parfaitement équipé, il dispose d'une chambre avec un lit Queen Size de 2 x 80x200 ou d'une literie 160*200 , d'une SB baignoire, d'une cuisine avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires et d'une méridienne de 177*78 cm pouvant servir de lit pour un enfant. Park couvert à 200m en bas du jardin. Attention : accès par petite allée pavée.

In the smallest village in the metropolis of Lyon, Rochetaillée, a space of tranquility and greenery. Pierre de Lune is an independent studio in an old building in Pierre Dorée. With its own terrace, it is away from noise but close to everything, from Lyon (30 minutes by bus, stop 100m away) like shops, restaurants and walks along the Saône. A quiet area to rest and discover the charms of the old Rochetaillée, close to the guinguettes and the Monts d 'Or.

The studio has a bathroom with shower and toilet, a desk, an equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, kettle) and a bedroom with dressing area and washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (fiber). Decor found at the Lyon Flea Market. Coffee, tea and herbal tea available.

The greenway/8 minutes from Lyon

Entire 2-room apartment, pleasant, accessible on one level and well located with equipped kitchen. The accommodation is located 10 minutes by car from Île Barbe, a unique place. The banks of the Saône are developed from Caluire to the center of Lyon. 900 m away is the Radiant Bellevue theater and less than 3 km away is the Michelin-starred Paul Bocuse restaurant. Buses nearby, close to the Parc de la Tête d'Or. Free public parking around the property.
