The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

Good public transport connection to the city. For Safety reasons we CANNOT accept children. NO pets. The apartment has WLAN, a high-quality kitchen with electric kitchen stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and kitchen equipment, a bathroom with walk-in shower. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist!

Double room, large single room, a small but cozy single room next to the kitchen and a small dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and fridge/freezer. We live on the 1st floor and are always available if you have any questions or problems. The garden can be shared. 7 min. walk to Ahnatal-Weimar train station.

The property is located in a small, 750 year old village, near the town of Borken (Hessen). We are located in the heart of Hessen, close to the center of Germany. There are no shopping facilities in the village. In Borken and Frielendorf (both 6 km away), you will find possibilities to shop. Our village is surrounded by woods and invites you to go hiking.
