The house is accessed through a private alley from the main road. The house outside has a private parking space, a reserved area with a barbecue where you can have lunch or dinner. The house is located near the historic area of Sant'Antioco, a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Basilica of Sant'Antioco, where there are the first services such as bars, convenience stores, fruit and vegetables and pizzeria. In a 15-minute walk you can reach the tree-lined course, Via V. Emanuele, our village center. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
