The apartment is located in the east wing of a large 17th century villa, where the owner lives. Around the villa there is a private garden of about 4000 m2. also usable by guests. The entrance is common, but the stairs lead only to the apartment which is totally independent. It is composed of: entrance hall, bedroom with air conditioning, kitchen, bathroom and living room with a large loggia where you can relax and appreciate the garden. WIFI available. Air conditioning only in the bedroom.

Totally renovated following Covid19, the apartment guarantees maximum privacy and is suitable for a maximum of two people. Located on a slight hill, a few minutes from the sea, it has a double bedroom, large bathroom, designer kitchen, lounge area, Wi-fi, fan and air conditioning. Parquet floors and hand made furniture. Surrounded by large windows overlooking the garden, it is ideal for those who love the sun, nature and the sea. Private entrance with parking and equipped garden area.
