Charming apartment for 2 in central Madrid. It is very bright, with 5 balconies overlooking Argumosa street. It is located in the quietest part of the street, 250m from the Lavapiés metro, 250m from the Reina Sofía Museum and a 10 min walk from Atocha train station, where, among others, the Airport Express Shuttle arrives. It's a 2º floor without elevator. The mattress is new and very comfy, and there are blackout curtains in the bedroom. There's no Air Conditioning, but there is a portable fan.

We rented this apartment that was our home for a long time until the tribe grew up, we have always taken care of it with care, it is an oasis in the heart of the city, overlooking the Botanical Garden of Madrid, the sunsets are a gift. A few steps from the retreat, authentic lung of the city, the Atocha station (AVE, Cercanías Metro)and the best museums :Prado, Reina Sofía ,Thyssen... These spaces are not shared with anyone else. Good area, well connected. There are supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and shops. It is close to the Prado Museum, El Buen Retiro Park, Atocha Station, and the Airport Express 203 bus. I am happy to receive people from all over the world.

We are located in Calle Carlos Arniches Nº 11 in the center of Madrid, two minutes from the metro of La Latina, in this street they put El Rastro every Sunday, the apartment has a separate room, a full bathroom and a living space with American kitchen.
