Bob is all for staying active, so this apartment includes yoga mats, online access to Yogaia yoga studio, and access to a nearby gym. Bob is also all for a tasty brekkie; you have the option to pre-purchase breakfast at Bob’s fav neighbourhood cafes with an exclusive discount. Every night you spend with Bob is climate-neutral and fully carbon-offset. An average night in this apartment emits 42.90 kg CO2, and our support of climate action projects fully offsets the emissions associated with your stay. We’re also taking action to emit less in the first place and be kind to the environment, including buying 100% renewable energy, installing energy-saving smart home controls, sourcing select secondhand furniture, providing you with recycling facilities and more. Retiro Park Industrial House

Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

Surrounded by all kinds of services, bars, restaurants, supermarkets. Close to museums, Sol, Las Letras neighborhood, Lavapiés. You can walk to the Reina Sofía Museum, or Madrid Río to the south. Perfect for creatives, couples, and remote workers. It is my usual home when I am in Madrid, not an impersonal home for tourist use.
