-Brand new couch and Leesa Mattress -Lighting fast internet (fiber connection gets 200+mb/s download and 200-400 up) -47 inch flatscreen 4k tv and sound bar with Netflix, HBO, Showtime -Full size LG washer/dryer in unit -Very well stocked pantry, natural toiletries, extra charging cables etc The entire 600 sq foot apartment and side yard yard. Self check-in using lockbox and/or smart lock. If anything unexpected comes up I'll take care of quickly by message or sending in person help. Set in Georgetown, the apartment occupies a renovated turn-of-the-century building in a walkable residential quadrant dotted with home gardens. It's a 10-minute walk away from the area's industrial core, which offers many great restaurants and bars. Conveniently located halfway between downtown and the airport and only a few blocks drive off the 1-5 highway exit. Parking is FREE and plentiful right out front the building and the bus stop is only one block away with easy access to Capitol Hill, Beacon Hill, U-district and downtown. This is the main floor of a 4 unit building I own and manage so while it's very quiet to outside noise, you can still hear faint talking and walking from my tenant in the unit above. Building quiet hours of 10pm-8am are understood by my long-term tenants and are respectful as I'd expect my Airbnb guests to be (and have been so far!)
