We are 20 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from downtown with easy access to the beaches at Alki and Lincoln Park. Your quiet backyard refuge is newly remodeled with everything you’ll need for a weekend or a month. We are just a half block from the bus stop and access to Seattle’s great transit system. Whether you’re here for Business, visiting family, or on holiday, Hummingbird cottage should fill the bill. You have off street parking and the entire space to yourself, with laundry facilities and a full kitchen at your disposal. If you need a highchair or pack-n-play crib for your little one just let us know. I’ll be here to greet you (unless you come in very late), in which case I’ll give you the code for our August Bluetooth lock to get in when you arrive. We’re only 50 feet away if you need us but will give you your space if you don’t. Arbor Heights is a tranquil neighborhood halfway between the airport and downtown, plus only a few minutes from grocery stores, restaurants. and parks with amazing views. Alki and Lincoln Park beaches are also easily accessible. Seattle is a good city to get around in by car but if you’re going downtown you might want to leave the car and catch the 21 bus to save the parking hassle and cost.

This suite is conveniently located 3.7 miles from Sea Tac airport and 10 miles to downtown Seattle. It's also close to Old Burien with many restaurants and cafes - 1/2 mile away. This private clean, quiet & spacious room features a queen-sized bed, private 3/4 bath, a large desk, Netflix, and a private entrance with self check in/out. There is also covered parking next to the room. Mini fridge and small microwave included. Not suitable for cooking meals. Parking beyond stay also available.

The Garden House is only 15-20 min drive to downtown Seattle and a 10 min drive from the airport. Plus a short 5 minute drive from a gorgeous NW beach! It comfortably accommodates a family of four with a top of the line, luxury king size bed in the bedroom and pull out queen day bed in the living area. Less than 1 mile to the beach, 5 minutes to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Seattle. Enjoy your private unit in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. View of Puget Sound and near beach. The Bean Coffee shop around the immediate corner. This sweet house has all the amenities of home. Easy access to West Seattle and downtown Seattle. Very quiet at nighttime. Absolutely NO PARTIES. Airbnb has a "no party" policy and there are quiet neighbors.

Level entry, free parking, and just 5.1 miles to Airport! Upon arrival, you will find the door open for you and some ambient lighting on and the keys just on the entry shelf. Charming private Vashon beach cottage. Get away from it all, unless you need it all, in which case you'd probably be happier in downtown Seattle. There's beach access and plenty of quiet at night. You can hear the water, the marine life and the birds. Vashon town is about 7 miles. Plenty of restaurants and interesting small shops. Pt. Robinson lighthouse is a short beach walk away. These pictures were taken early summer but some guests enjoy the winter.
