Welcome to our home! We built a private studio apartment for you to enjoy! Just 10 minutes from downtown. This stunning property is surrounded by trees, wildlife & sounds from the FB River. We live in the house upstairs and my in-laws live in the other apartment down below. Although your stay will be private, we are here to help if need be, but respect your space and solitude. Please note- there are NO shared air vents in this space. Unit has it’s own A/C, heat. *We had no damage from Helene*

Kevin built our barn a while back. Airbnb didn't exist and we were excited to be starting a goat dairy. Now the kitchen sits where we used to milk our sweet goats by hand! Kevin, a woodworker has created a work of art. We are happy to offer our guests a vacation space located in the heart of the mountains, 30 minutes from Asheville. 28 acres offer trails for hiking, disc golf, swimming in the pond, and decompress from your life's stress. This is a great little efficiency by the river that offers a great porch overlooking the Pigeon River. This is the perfect getaway for two, in the mountains of Western North Carolina, who want somewhere to stay that is affordable but with all the amenities. We are located approximately 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 20 minutes to the quaint town of Waynesville and 3 miles from Springdale at Cold Mountain Golf course. Asheville is a 30 minute drive.
