There is a small kitchenette that is fully equipped, a living room to enjoy complimentary beverages and freshly baked cookies. The bedroom has quality sheets, darkening shades and a sound machine to help you sleep. Outside you have your own private entrance and patio for enjoying a morning of bird watching. We do live up on a hill but there is room to turn around.

This fabulous apartment is located three blocks north of downtown, in the bustling Chestnut Hills neighborhood. Our lovely home was built in 1909 and completely renovated in 2017.
