Simple and cozy room, 🛜 perfect for resting after visiting Madrid. Next to Pradolongo park perfect for walking, reading a book and breathing fresh air. There are markets,bars,restaurants, pharmacy less than 5 minutes away We have 2 metro and 1 train stations in the proximity "Usera" "Almendrales" and " 12 de Octubre" (We are hardly 2 stações de Distando de "Atocha" close to train Renfe) and ( uma distância de 6 estação de metrô até o centro de Madrid estação de "Sol").

Great loft, fully-equipped. High speed 600MB WiFi. Ideal for homeworking! Very quiet and bright with outside terrace and nice views. With free parking in front of the building and several supermarkets, restaurants and bars next door. Thanks to the bus and subway, there is a very smooth, fast and easy connection to the city center. Official bike rental pickup point of "BiciMadrid" 100m from the apartment. It allows you to ride a bicycle through all of Madrid.

Very small apartment near downtown Madrid.

For legal reasons, it is necessary to ask guests for their ID or passport number upon arrival. Very small room, tiny window, like its price, monastic cell. Apartment 1 minute from the "Colonia Jardín Metro" and five stations from the Center of Madrid, bright, comfortable, quiet, park or green area, "Casa de Campo", the Zoo, the Amusement Park, picnic areas, trails, etc., multicultural neighborhood with small food stores. My house is the best place

Welcome to our charming home! You will enjoy a location with excellent public transport connections, as there are several bus stops within a 2-minute walk and train options (Estacion Asamblea de Madrid Entrevias, lines C2, C7, C8) that quickly connect you to the center and airports. You'll find a DIA supermarket just a 2-minute walk away, plus other nearby options like Ahorramás. Enjoy a peaceful residential neighborhood. NO ELEVATOR

Spacious and bright room.

It's a very nice room in a family apartment. It's just me, my partner, and my son. The apartment is located 10 minutes away from transportation that takes you to the center of Madrid in less than 15 minutes. We're a very cheerful family and love the idea of meeting people and making their stay enjoyable. The room also has a TV, air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi. Cooking, using the refrigerator and washing machine are allowed.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. I live alone so we'll have complete peace of mind. You will have a comfortable room, high-speed Wi-Fi, you can use the living room and kitchen as long as you agree to leave it as it was. You have a terrace, heating or air conditioning throughout the house. Accommodation very well connected to the city center by public transport, also by car. Parking nearby is easy.

This home is located just outside of Central Madrid, nearby in public transportation. Nearby you will find service stations, metro, bus, pharmacy, supermarkets, bars, cinema and municipal sports facilities. By private vehicle we have easy access from Plaza Eliptica, Aluche, M40 and M45. We have private parking with access as an extra to the accommodation.

Room 1 in a quiet and well-connected area

Spacious and bright room with double bed. It has cabinets and drawers. Bathroom next door. House with wifi. It is easy to park outside the house. The microwave, refrigerator and kettle can be used in the kitchen, cooking is not allowed. For long stays, please consult. Families are welcome, but my house is not prepared for babies.
