Hello everybody! And Welcome to the ORANGE Room:) Habitacion independiente. Baño y cocina compartidos. Cuando estoy en casa, normalmente trabajo en el salon, pero por supuesto estoy encantado de compartirlo contigo./En la casa hay otra habitacion individual para huespedes y otra doble, si te interesa, puedes consultar el anuncio/. Enfrente de Casa de Campo, el parque mas grande de Madrid y muy cerca de Madrid Rio. Aqui el aire siempre es un poco mas limpio y fresco que en pleno centro. A 20 min del centro en transporte publico. Muy buena conexion. A 50 metros del portal hay 6 lineas de autobus + 1 linea da autobus nocturno. A 5 min. andando hay parada de metro(Alto de Extremadura en linea 6) + la siguiente parada de los mismos autobuses. ( Hay transporte 24 horas, incluida buena conexion con el aeropuerto a cualquier hora). En la casa el ambiente es relajado, solo hay normas basicas de convivencia. Es un ambiente para no fumadores. Las sabanas y toallas estan incluidas. Hay Internet alta velocidad 24 horas ilimitado. Puedes usar revistas, guias, catalogos, libros. Puedes utilizar cocina y nevera. En la cocina hay microondas, no horno convencional. Por favor utilizar los espacios comunes el minimo tiempo necesario, para que puedan ser utilizados por todos. Tienes espacio para tus cosas en la cocina, el baño,la nevera. Encantado de compartir contigo consejos de "insider" en la vida de la ciudad. Como moverse en transporte publico? Donde estan algunas de las mejores vistas de la ciudad? Donde esta la mejor puesta del sol? Que sitios y eventos "escondidos" merece la pena descubrir. Es un barrio tipico y "popular" de Madrid, asi que podras experimentar la vida real de la ciudad. 13m2 room with a private bathroom, a wardrobe and a desk: this is our offer of practical and comfortable accommodation for solo trips :) We are in Carabanchel, a south-western area just outside of Madrid, at 50min by public transport from the city centre. It is a private space that shares a corridor with 5 more rooms, but ensuring maximum privacy. We have organized the space to make it as cozy as possible with the basics (there is no kitchen, we leave a coffee machine at your disposal) :)

With free parking in front of the building and several supermarkets, restaurants and bars next door. Thanks to the bus and subway, there is a very smooth, fast and easy connection to the city center. Official bike rental pickup point of "BiciMadrid" 100m from the apartment. It allows you to ride a bicycle through all of Madrid.

Easy parking area without payment, except Monday for the market

The room is located 450 meters (6 min walk) from the Carpetana L6 metro, one street from the N17 and N25 bus stop that connect with the center of Madrid and the Royal Palace (30-40 min) upon arrival. In addition, these lines also take you to the Príncipe Pío Shopping Center. Walk 4 minutes to find a supermarket and two grocery stores. Room suitable for 1-2 people, it has a ceiling fan. There are two very friendly and quiet little dogs.
