My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. We like to welcome you in our lovely renovated apartment.It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom (ca 90qm) The center can be reached in 10min, Potsdam is 50min away, Berlin ca 90min. Just 300m from us you find the bus station, also near by is a super market, the Castle of Plaue and a park. We are right near the water, you are welcome to bring your kayak or a bike. It can be left in the yard, when not used. There is plenty of free parking on the street.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.
