A charming home in the heart of the small town of Marlinton. Greenbrier River and Trail both within walking distance. The home includes 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, front porch and back deck, living room and fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) , washer/dryer, and satellite tv in two rooms. No internet or WiFi. No central A/C, but window units in two bedrooms and lots of ceiling and area fans. A short drive to Snowshow, Cranberry Glades, Cass Railroad, Greenbank Observatory and more.

Guest may use of our concrete tennis court and explore miles of hiking trails that lead to the national forest. Farm is surrounded by over 2.5 miles of the Cowpasture River. There is a gravel beach right beside the bridge entering the farm where one can enjoy wading and swimming. River here is 3-4 feet deep depending on the season and stream flow.

Mason Jar Cabin Rustic mountain getaway

New cabin built 2019 in the heart of pocahontas county! Just a 28 mile drive to Snowshoe ski resort. It has a bedroom downstairs with a queen bed, upstairs bedroom has a full bed with open loft overlooking kitchen and living room area, bathroom downstairs with standup shower. It has a heat pump, two TVs & WIFI also a fully equipped kitchen. We have a fire pit outside and a charcoal grill. The 77 mile greenbrier river trail is directly in front of our cabin.
