This fully equipped home and kitchen will have everything you need during your stay. Note that although you have the top floor, there is a tenant in the space below. The elevated deck area offers: a fun ivy photo wall, a grill, a cornhole set, patio furniture, tealights and sunshade which make the deck a blast to hang out on by day or night!

This guest suite is the entire lower level of the house, in a very safe and affluent subdivision, very quiet and spacious, about 1200 sq ft (110 sq meters), separate entrance. 10 min drive to Boulder, 30 min to Denver. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Easy access to hiking and biking trails as well as to ski areas via I-70. Rocky Mountain National Park is just about 1 hour away. Please note that this unit is for non-smokers only, due to smoke allergy of the residents.

You'll be 15 minutes from Boulder, 20 minutes from Denver and 1 hour from Eldora Ski area! Each room also has a TV with Amazon fire sticks.
