Holiday home with sauna & jacuzzi

Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation with its own garden, sauna and hot tub and direct access to the hiking trails in the beautiful Harz Mountains. The colorful city of Wernigerode with its cultural and culinary offerings and the beautiful half-timbered houses is within walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes). Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Die offene Gestaltung und die Liebe zum Detail sorgen für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt. Ideal für Familien oder Paare, die eine Auszeit im Harz genießen möchten. Das weite Panorama auf die Harzer Berge lässt dich schnell in den Urlaubsmodus kommen.

Apartment 2 on the Harz in beautiful nature

The apartment is on the upper floor of our vacation home, which was completed in the spring of 2020. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Harzburg/Westerode district surrounded by fields and meadows overlooking the beautiful Harz Mountains. The transport connection is very good, so you can quickly reach the nearby cities such as Goslar, Wernigerode, Quedlinburg or Braunschweig by car or bus and train from Bad Harzburg. Shopping facilities are also available in the village.

Our apartment has been family-owned for over 100 years and has always been home to people who had a close connection to the Harz Mountains: as farmers of cows in the Upper Harz Mountains, as foresters in the forest and as passionate hikers and nature lovers. Times have changed, but our apartment wants to take up this tradition and pay homage to the Harz Mountains – while at the same time offering a modern style and a high level of comfort. In doing so, we have attached great importance to preserving the special features of the house and creating a typical mountain feeling. We rely on good and modern amenities. Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

This is how to stay on vacation: Three double bedrooms and three shower rooms, a superbly equipped kitchen, fireplace, dining room, small pantry kitchen on the slope, a large furnished terrace area and a fantastic view of the Harz Mountains from everywhere. A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.
