Fieldhouse: village quiet, central to everything

The Fieldhouse is our lovely little pet-friendly, self-contained, detached annex/guest house located on the grounds of the old Halvergate village school. It has the Norfolk broads and marshes on its door step with the stunning Norfolk beaches, Norwich and Great Yarmouth close by. It is truly a cozy home from home, with a lounge with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with king bed, and bathroom with bath/shower, with parking and outdoor sofa, BBQ and table and chairs in the large garden.

A charming brick exterior is complemented by a wooden door featuring glass panels. A flowering shrub is situated beside the entrance, with white blooms adding texture against the warm red tones of the brick. The surrounding area is adorned with gravel, enhancing the rural ambiance.

Studio One is a brand new apartment that adjoins the main house, situated in a rural village location but just 5 miles from the centre of the beautiful city of Norwich. On the edge of a pretty village with great amenities Including farm shop, two well stocked village shops, chemist, pub and two takeaway options which are all a short walk away. There is a regular bus service from the village to the centre of Norwich. The beautiful Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads are all conveniently located

Coastal cabin in Sea Palling

The cabin has been hand built by a local boat builder out of timber. The compact interior is light and bright with a hand crafted feature window in the bathroom. The cabin is situated at my home within the garden. It is just a 2 minute walk down a footpath to the beautiful sandy blue flagged beach of Sea Palling. The location is the perfect base for walkers, cyclists, seal spotting, fishing and watersports. The Norfolk broads are close enough to cycle to and Norwich is just 30 mins drive.

The large hot tub is illuminated by soft ambient lighting, creating a serene environment for relaxation. Surrounding the hot tub, a tall lattice fence offers privacy, with two outdoor chairs positioned nearby. The night sky adds a tranquil backdrop to the scene.

The Stables by the Pond - Broadland, Norfolk

The Stables is a detached self-contained annexe close to the Norfolk Broads National Park. The contemporary space has recently undergone extensive restoration and comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The old hayloft upstairs has a king size bed and en suite shower room and the downstairs space has a queen size sofa bed, large TV and wifi. A cot, single bed and high chair are available on request.
