The perfect place to stay whether you are visiting family, here to work, on holiday or waiting for your new home to be built. Featuring a good sized lounge/bedroom, built in wardrobe. Just decorated with new carpet (2023). A bathroom with a bath and shower. A fitted kitchen with a washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge with an ice compartment, pots and pans. A new energy efficient boiler has also just been installed. Outside there is allocated off-road parking and pretty communal gardens.

There is a communal garden and all the comforts indoors that you need. *NB the sleeping area is in the Eaves and is approached via a proper but narrow staircase.
