Welcome to our beautiful one bedroom apartment in the premium location at the Harbourside central Bristol. The apartment is approached by a smart communal hallway with and intercom. It has access to lift and stairs. Internally the apartment benefits from an entrance hallway, adjacent to front door is a large extensive storage cupboard which houses a washing machine/dryer. There is an open plan kitchen and reception room which is flooded with light, large sliding doors allow access to balcony area.

Beautiful, arty, four bedroomed Victorian family house. The house backs onto the historical docks and has the river Avon at the front. situated in the city centre on Spike Island. Stunning views, all mod cons, only a few mins walk from Wapping Wharf and the city centre. Free wifi, 1Gbps & parking for two cars. This is an amazing space for a getaway with family and friends. We have been super hosts on Airbnb for years, offering rooms in our house. We are now offering the whole house.

Residents Parking Zone permits provided free of charge, at least for one vehicle. More than one might be possible, depending on limited stock. There are workarounds if several cars are coming. No groups of 8 unrelated people please. This lovely grade 2 listed Georgian townhouse with its central spiral staircase, provides great views of the harbour from three of its four storeys.
