A perfect place to unwind after a busy day in the City - a great location for walkers, cyclists & horse riders. A wide selection of local pubs within a good walk, short cycle or very short drive! A special place close to Bristol centre, Clifton and our iconic harbourside. A one or two bed flat with a separate sitting room which can be used as a 2nd ensuite bedroom as required. Separate kitchen/diner. A short walk into Clifton Village with oodles of eateries, pubs and independent shops. Short walk to harbourside, the Downs and the Suspension Bridge/ Ashton Court. Fabulous views over this City. Everything walkable and accessible. This is a basement flat in our beautiful Georgian home.

Featured in Grand Designs, this eco-community is just a mile from the city centre but surrounded by green and quiet space. It’s a 3 bed family home, not a show house, so it’s warm, comfortable, quirky and very well equipped. The open plan living-dining-kitchen area is stylish, cosy and great for get togethers. You have your own private back garden and parking on the front drive. We’re 20 mins from the city, and close to funky eating places, pubs, independent shops, and amazing street art.

I travel a lot but this is my home so expect personal things in there. I love sharing it with respectful guests. This is a quiet beautiful area so music and hot tub need to be off by 10pm respecting the neighbours. Basement flat with private entrance and garden. BBQ, firepit, Nespresso machine…(just bring your coffee pods, charcoal or logs). Easy access to the city. On street parking available upon request (£2 per day). HOT TUB HIRE FEE (£100 per stay) - 48hours advanced notice required

Amazing Victorian House overlooking the docks

Beautiful, arty, four bedroomed Victorian family house. The house backs onto the historical docks and has the river Avon at the front. situated in the city centre on Spike Island. Stunning views, all mod cons, only a few mins walk from Wapping Wharf and the city centre. Free wifi, 1Gbps & parking for two cars. This is an amazing space for a getaway with family and friends. We have been super hosts on Airbnb for years, offering rooms in our house. We are now offering the whole house.
