The self contained property is well equipped, sleeping up to five people comfortably. There is ample secure off street parking accessed down the private drive shared with the main house in an historic and rural setting in the curtilage of the old farm. The property enjoys underfloor heating throughout, triple glazing, air circulation/exchange system.and insulation up to the highest standards. There is one double bedroom with en suite wet room, one twin bedded room with separate bathroom and a sleeping area upstairs. There is no smoking allowed throughout the property. This stunning flat is set in the old stable block of an Old Georgian Rectory in a peaceful village situated between Bath, Bristol and Wells. Olli's Summer House is situated in one of Bristol picturesque suburb. It offers a very large open plan kitchen & dining area, a large bedroom with a bathroom. Bristol & Bath modern home

Our beautiful home in Somerdale, is a one minute walk to the Hams and the River for country walks in rural Somerset. Just a short walk away ( 10 minutes) is Keynsham Station from where you can get to Bath in 9 minutes and Bristol in even less. Trains go about twice an hour, so we are in the middle of countryside with awesome access to entertainment in either of these wonderful cities. You can relax in our home with 2 double and a single bedroom, a family bathroom and an ensuite.
