Located in the heart of the city, 400 m from the SNCF train station, 10 min walk from the Prorel cable car departure, next to the bus stop and a supermarket. Beautiful garden. Garden furniture. Very nice view.

chalet atmosphere

In the middle of professional retraining, for several months already and prioritizing human contact, I decided to welcome you in this warm and authentic setting. Family, friends, athletes, bikers, be welcome! We are located in Briançon, in the Serre Chevalier valley at an altitude of 1,326 meters at the confluence of 5 valleys. We are both close to all amenities (city center 500 m away, train station 800 m away) and at the start of many hiking and mountain biking.

This 76 m2 chalet is new. Composed of a spacious living room and an equipped kitchen. Studio located in the village of Villar-Saint-Pancrace, 5 minutes from Briançon. It is about 25 m2 and is located in the basement of our house. It consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. It also has an outdoor terrace with barbecue. Close to all amenities (shopping area 3 min. by car), alpine and Nordic ski slopes, as well as hiking/snowshoeing trails. NOTE: bed linen is provided, not bath towels.
