Upstairs are two bedrooms and an open sleeping alcove, as well as the bathroom with sauna. (Sauna fee, see photo). Guest parking; (bicycles, printer on request). Dogs: (no large males or bitches in heat) allowed only on the first floor. Train station 1,8 km: NWB Oldenburg - Bremen, Bremen airport / 30 km.

Steigen Sie auf Ihr Fahrrad und beginnen Sie von hier aus schöne Touren nach Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede und Oldenburg. In 20 Minuten sind sie mit dem Auto auch schon an der Nordseeküste. Wir möchten, dass Sie sich entspannen, mit guten Büchern, in einer ruhigen, aber muckeligen Umgebung, vor den Fenstern nur Grün und Ruhe.

Vor der Tür befinden sich zahlreiche kostenfreie Parkplätze. Zu Fuß sind Sie in 10 min an der Bremer Schlachte und Innenstadt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain unseres Altbremer Hauses aus dem Jahr 1895. Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2021/2022 von Grund auf neu errichtet und befindet sich im neuwertigem Zustand.
