The spacious attic apartment (3rd floor) "Oskar" is located right in the heart of Bregenz. Within a few minutes walk (400 m) is the Pfänderbahn (the Bregenz local mountain), the harbor incl. Train station as well as the center of downtown Bregenz. The large bedrooms as well as the spacious living and dining area give the old building in the middle of the city of Bregen a lot of charm and are therefore the ideal place for staying at Lake Constance or Vorarlberg.

We rent our attic apartment with the charm "vacation in grandma's time." It consists of a kitchen, living room with pullout couch, bedroom with double bed & extra bed and 1 bathroom with shower & toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. The glazed conservatory can also be used and the bar in the basement by arrangement. Other things to note Other payments: €1.80 guest tax/adult Person 14 years and older / night €4 garbage for a garbage bag from the municipality.

The room is in our apartment on the outskirts of Dornbirn, but is still very centrally located. Our apartment is 15 minutes by car from Bregenz (Bregenz Festival, Lake Constance) and 20 minutes by car to the Bregenz Forest (hiking, skiing). The Swiss border and Liechtenstein are also not too far away. In our apartment lives an apartment cat (Luna), you should not have any allergies or dislike of cats :-)
