Here you can cook, relax and spend convivial evenings together. The apartment is on the second floor of our residential building in a quiet residential estate at the foot of the picturesque mountain "Niedere" (around the corner from the paragliding landing site). We live on the ground floor with our 8-year-old son, our dog and a cat.

The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.
