Relaxation in the countryside and the city

Just 10 minutes from Bregenz and the lake, we offer a spacious apartment with a terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenz Forest. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

In a central location with a picturesque view

The accommodation includes two large bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a private bathroom and toilet, as well as a seating area in the garden. It has a magnificent view over the Rhine Valley. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and bank are a 5 minute walk away. A bus stop is only a 3-minute walk. From here you can reach Bregenz (lake, festival), Dornbirn or the Bregenz Forest. It has a parking space for a car up to about 5 meters long.

There is enough storage space in the apartments, the Alpenstolz Damüls has a separate ski storage room and bicycle room.

Apartment: This is a "wood 100 apartment" completed in 2018! The entire living area was built from solid wood, clay, stone and natural insulation materials! The apartment has an area of 78 m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with couch, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, tub, sink, separate toilet, dining area and a 10 m² terrace! On the 3rd floor there is also a storage room with a washing tub!

You only need 1.5 km to get to the center of Warth and the skiing area. The apartments are cofortabel and modern. You will have a nice view to the mountains of the alps. With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.

Unsere Selbstversorgerhütte-Ferienhaus liegt in kompletter Südlage und befindet sich am Rand einer Almsiedlung im Bregenzerwald bei Bezau. Mit der Seibahn Bezau schweben Sie auf 1210 m hinauf und erreichen das Hochplateau auf dem Sonderdach. Nach einem Fußmarsch von etwa 5 Minuten erreichen Sie unser Luxus-Chalet. Vor Ihnen Berge, Wald und absolute Ruhe.

The high-quality 95 m² 4-room apartment on the first floor in the apartment building is ideally suited for short and longer stays for both families and working guests. Access to the house is via a private road. That is why the location is very quiet, but still centrally located.

Damüls is a wonderful place not to be missed. Our apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Uga lift and the village center. In winter you can let off steam on 120 kilometers of slopes. In summer there are numerous activities to enjoy nature.
