Diese große, freundliche Wohnung bietet viel Komfort für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Von hier aus ist man zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad sofort im Grünen, aber auch Bregenz und Dornbirn liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bäckerei, Bushaltestelle und Bahnhof sind nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Mit dem Zug ist man in 5 Minuten beim Festspielhaus in Bregenz. In unmittelbarer Nähe beginnt das Naherholungsgebiet "Lauteracher Ried" mit einem beliebten Badesee. Die ersten Schigebiete erreicht man in 20 Minuten.

Here you can enjoy the evening with a sundowner or, of course, end the evenings by the lake on the spacious terrace. Bregenz can be reached in 5 minutes by bike or 10 minutes on foot.

74 qm große Neubauwohnung (Bj. 2022) im Dachgeschoss mit 3 Zimmern, Balkon (16 qm) und Tiefgaragenplatz. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Lindau und Bregenz. Im Sommer kann man fast vor der Haustüre am öffentlichen Strand baden gehen. Wer mehr Infrastruktur mag, hat es nicht weit zum Strandbad. Im Winter erreicht man mit dem Auto rasch die Schigebiete im Bregenzer Wald. Mit dem Schizug welcher fast vor der Haustüre hält, erreicht man mühelos die Schigebiete im Montafon.

Wohnung mit Berg-Seesicht_ Bregenz

Unsere Wohnung im 4.Stock (mit Lift vom Haupteingang ein paar Stufen, aus dem UG ebenerdiger Zugang) ist nur 1 Minute vom See entfernt und nur wenige Meter von der Haustür befindet sich ein Einstieg zum Berg Pfänder. Flanier am Bodenseeufer zur Festspielbühne, zum Bregenzer Zentrum oder zum Nostalgiebad Milli.
