The center of Juliusruh with restaurants, cafes, bakeries etc. is about 300m away. Rügen's top attraction Cape Arkona is idyllically within cycling distance.

Apartment No. 3 (50 m²) in the Villa Fernsicht is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. The promenade is only a 2-minute walk via the private path. The national park and the harbor are also only about a 5-minute walk away. The apartment has a combined living room/bedroom, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The highlight is the enclosed east balcony with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. On request, we will put fresh rolls outside your door every morning.

The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, and the harbor is about a 10-minute walk away. From the train station, it takes about 30 minutes to reach us. A bus stop or bike rental is nearby. The parking is right by the house. The tourist tax is 1,50 € / day / adult in the main season, otherwise 1,00 €.

Cozy semi-detached house "Hase" Ummanz / Rügen

The space is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which is accessible via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-behaved dog up to knee height can be brought along, please request before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with a barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goats, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

Our quiet 3-room holiday bungalow welcomes you to Juliusruh. Located directly on the Baltic Sea, after a short walk through the coastal forest, you will reach the 20 km long white sandy beach of Schaabe. According to independent guest reviews, Juliusruh/Breege is one of the most popular places on Rügen. Nevertheless, not overcrowded, but rather familiar, Juliusruh fully lives up to its reputation as a seaside resort.

The apartment is located in the fishing village of Wiek in a well-kept apartment complex and is just 50 m from the harbor. The AOK clinic Rügen "mother/father-child" spa facility is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is a cozy 23 square meters and has its own parking space.
