Ideal for families, vacationers or can also be booked as a mechanic's apartment/worker accommodation (from 2 days). The location: Just a few steps to the Straussee with several swimming spots, a stage, a diving school and an ice cream parlor right outside the door. The old town of Strausberg with Europe's only electrically operated ferry is also waiting.

This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighborhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Entenkoje Camping Boat 'Anneliese'

The Entenkoje offers you a unique nature experience in the Märkische Schweiz Nature Park. You do not need a driver's license and can drive the boat without prior knowledge. In the boat you will find a cozy double bed with a view of the starry sky. On board there is a small gas stove with coffee, tea and the necessary accessories – perfect for your breakfast directly on the water. Bathroom, shower, a fully equipped kitchen & a parking space are available to you in our base on land.

Two of the cleanest and clearest lakes in Brandenburg, Kalksee and Stienitzsee, are each located in the surrounding area. Shopping, restaurants and public transport are within walking distance. Alexanderplatz in Berlin can be easily reached by public transport in 35-40 minutes. By car, it is about 20 minutes. Boat and canoe rental near the vacation home.
