Located in a cul-de-sac in Caudéran (2kms from the city center of Bordeaux), near the Parc Bordelais, very beautiful recent architect house with quality services (air conditioning) . This very comfortable property offers you an entrance, a large bright living room, an extensive equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms including 2 on the ground floor, 2 shower rooms, bathroom, a pantry ( washing machine/ dryer). Welcome garden with parking, beautiful landscaped garden with secure pool on the back.
