Located a few kilometers from Bourg-sur-Gironde, our studio, independent of our home, awaits you on the upper floor of our house. 30 m² space, facing the garden, completely new. Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, range hood). Sofa bed. Sleeping area with a 160 cm wide bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Towels provided. 1/2 people: 1 bedding provided (+5 euros for the second bedding) 3/4 people: 2 bedding provided It is on the 1st floor, access via a staircase. The check-in is independent a kitchenette,a shower room and WC. For sleeping:a 140 cm mezzanine bed ( not accessible to people with reduced mobility, to infants. A sofa bed (140). Respect silence from 11 p.m.
