Das "lüttje Huus" liegt unmittelbar neben dem alten Fischerviertel Holm von Schleswig mit den alten gepflegten Fischerhäusern um den historischen Friedhof. Es öffnet sich nach Westen mit einem atemberaubenden Blick über den Hafen und die Flensburger Altstadt. Zwei Balkone (zum Hafen und in das romantische Kapitänsviertel) bieten Sonnenplätze zu jeder Tageszeit, stilvoll sanierte Räume, Kaminofen, schwarze Designerküche… Zurzeit werden die Wohnungen im 1. und 2. OG fertiggestellt und es könnten gelegentlich noch Baugeräusche auftreten.

Das Selker Noor mit eigener Badestelle ist nur 3,4km entfernt, auch das Wikingerdorf Haitabu als UNESCO Welterbe ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, genauso wie Schloß Gottorf, der Schleswiger Dom und der Hafen. Bis zur Eckernförder Bucht sind es auch nur 20 km!
