We are renting a lovingly renovated, fantastic apartment with large terrace. The apartment is located on the first floor of a house that was built around 1900 in the spa style. The charming house is in the idyllic and dreamy Baltic Sea resort of Rerik in a unique location between the Baltic Sea and the Salzhaff. It is only 100 meters to the beach, which lead through a small coastal protector, so you can already hear the sound of the sea at breakfast on the terrace.

Our newly renovated vacation home is located in the 1st row on the natural beach at Fehmarnsund with great views of the Baltic Sea and the Fehmarnsund Bridge. A lovely thatched roof cottage. The former driver's house is located on the grounds of the estate Niendorf. From their own terrace, our guests enjoy the magnificent view into the estate park. The well-known cities such as Schwerin and Wismar and the Baltic Sea can be reached in no time. A free parking space for 2 cars is right by the house. There are 5 sleeping options in the depot. For more people, guest rooms with a bathroom/pantry can be booked.

The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

You can then use the sauna and a 38° hot whirlpool by arrangement and for a small fee.
