The vacation home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the ice house of the manor. It was completely renovated in 2017. The sauna, a canoe, a rowboat, a stand-up paddle as well as a table tennis table and badminton can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. Fishing from the jetty or boat is possible. The Baltic Sea, Schwerin as well as Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km away.

The well-equipped kitchen has a refrigerator with a freezer, a convection oven with four ceramic hobs, a microwave, a coffee machine + Nespresso machine, a toaster and a dishwasher. Additional costs for hot tub already included in the price. 2 minutes walk from the beach. Large apartment with approx. 100 square meters & private courtyard. Fully fenced and private courtyard, optimal safety for younger children. With a fully equipped kitchen, you won't lack anything. Large living room for nice family evenings but enough bedrooms to switch off. Make yourself comfortable on the terrace in the evening, listen to the sea, look at the stars and unwind.

The spacious kitchen features white cabinetry complemented by warm wooden accents. A functional layout includes a stovetop and hood, along with ample storage space. Fresh flowers are arranged on the counter, adding a touch of color to the inviting atmosphere.

You drive through the gatehouse and see in front of you a courtyard with the manor house in the middle, the stables on the right and the cavalier's house on the left. The stable is rented as a whole house. From there, you can look into the palace park. Behind the house is a large private garden overlooking the water. Here you can enjoy the birdlife and tranquility. From the garden you can enter the house directly.
