Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The Flinthouse impresses with its round construction, with natural, noble materials and stands on a 27,000 sqm hillside plot (by the forest) with a view over Aschaffenburg to the Bergstraße. Its roof is supported by two strong Spessart oak trunks, which support the visible spruce rafters. Perfect for nature lovers!

For 4 people, the cozy sofa bed in the living room can be easily converted into an additional double bed. We speak English, Spanish and a little bit of French.

The small tiny :-) studio is lovingly furnished with a small kitchenette (microwave, double hot plate), double bed 1.60 x 2.00 m, bathroom with shower and toilet and a small terrace with seating. Directly on nature, ideal for hikes, bike rides and city tours to Frankfurt and Würzburg. The accommodation is close to Aschaffenburg in the Rhine Main area and on the edge of Spessart and Kahlgrund.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss meines Hauses in Hain im Spessart. Das Haus selbst ist am Hang gebaut, dadurch ist die Haustür über 30 Treppenstufen zu erreichen. Im Haus selbst geht es dann noch 15 Stufen nach oben. Die Anzahl der Gäste ist hier auf 5 begrenzt. Falls mehr Gäste kommen möchten, bitte eine Anfrage schicken. Nach Absprache ist es möglich, dass mehr Gäste kommen. Es kann noch ein Doppelluftbett aufgestellt werden.
